ESS inbox

Hi Jocelyn,
 
There is no sort option available in the ESS inbox.
Why ESS inbox does not show sub folders under "workflow" folder like in the Business Workplace. Is there anything missing in the settings?. Please advice.

Can you sort by subject text?
In which case consider applying a naming convention to all subject texts that
helps them sort through the data.

We are having a problem with ESS inbox. ESS inbox shows all workitems under the "Workflow" folder. There is no option to group workitems by "Grouped according to task" or "Grouped according to content"...etc. like in SAP business workplace. Its very difficult for users to find the right workitem out of 1000s of workitems.
Is there a way to Group these workitems in ESS like SAP business workplace.
