Hi Tomas,
we are in SAP 4.7 support pack 34 at production. However i tried what u
asked me to do and mean while i founded a report RHWFINDEXRESET
which also refreshes Org buffers( as per online help ) i executed that
also........then i shouldn't have but i started the task in production and
found the new changes in LOG..........but was unable to see the version
information of Wf definition in the LOG.

problem is resolved( i guess so till no user complains...its still not
working ) ...thanx.

But can u point me where i can see the defination version info of Wf Task
in tech. detail log for future reference... and do u have any idea...what
this report does as it looks like 'swu_obuf' only.

thanx..........

Thanks & Regards

Hello Praveen,

what SAP version/support pack level are you on?
The procedure I do in such case is that I check the workflow in SWUD (Test
environment - consistency check).
This should activate the task in new version. Than SWU_OBUF comes to place.
Than you can start the task manually from the same screen and check if
correct version is chosen (although be careful what the workflow really
does).

I hope this will help.

I m facing a peculiar problem ...i did some changes in a workflow template
say XX in devlopment and moved in Production.

I can see the latest version in production having my changes.....but at the
time Wf is triggered from application the runtime version without those
changes is triggered..............i tried to synchronize the buffers using
SWU_OBUF but it seems it hasn't worked.

Can anybody tell me what to do when SWU_OBUF doesn't work out.....i mean
how to get the buffers in sync...

its really urgent....thnax in advance for ur help.

Thanks & Regards
