FW: Key init of a business object

I have to make an organizational unit to dispatch my different tasks of my
workflow. But the dispatching must be done depending on a field. I know that
I have to create a business object to execute this dispatching. But I don't
know how the key of my business object must be init and i don't know where.
It's the key on wich the dispatching is based.
 
My second question of the day is : How make the link between the
organizational unit and the business object who contain the key on wich the
dipatching must be done ? Where have I to inform the organizational unit
wich business object she must use ?
