Execution of workitem is hanging

Mike,
 
The binding is fine.  I just tried to double click on the workitem (in
Production) and it took about 30mins to come up. =20
 
Any other suggestions?

Check that the bindings of the step that is not executing can be

We have a workflow that is triggered off using changed doc 'Einkbeleg'
and object BUS2012.
 
 
 
However, when the user executes the workitem (from the SAP office inbox)
in Production, it hangs.  Any help would be much appreciated.
 
 
 
We're on 4.5 (yes I know, still in the dark ages....soon we'll be on 4.7
;o))
