Forwarding requisition workflow items in SAP version 4.7

Hello everyone.
 
I was wondering if you can help me out.
 
Previously in SAP version 4.5B I would perform the following to forward =
 
existing work items from in an agents inbox to another by using =
transaction
SWI5 - Workload analysis.
I would double click on the workitem and then forward it to an =
alternate
approver/agent.
We just upgraded today and the forward option is grayed out in the new
version.
Can anyone one help me out with this?

Thanx for your help,
but right now I=B4ve already encountered another problem that=20
is quite hard to solve for me.
 
Another developer decided that he would like to trigger a workflow
directly in an event of his BSP.
Therefore we tried to include <cntn01> etc.
The only one that we were able to include without getting anymore error
messages was:
<SWFCNTN01>. This include however seems to lack an active routine to =
raise
an event.
 
Has anyone once again an idea how to manage to reate an event from an
bsp-application.
The bsp-event is : on input Processing.
 
We are working with 4.7 =20
 
 
Has anyone any experience in this context and can give me a hint where =
to
look?
