workflow that work O.K in QA not work in PROD sys. and i got error message

Hi everybody,
 
I run on 4.7 sys.
 
I create a workflow that work O.K in the DEV sys. & QA sys.
After I transported to the PROD sys. I got This error:
 
"The workflow definition with the ID WS90200002 in version 0023 could not be read from the database.
 
I can see the workflow in PROD. sys (PFTC_DIS tran)
 
Any idea?
