Trigger event when a new employee is hired

Hi everybody,
 
i want to trigger an event when a new employee is hired.
I tried to use transactions SWEHR1, SWEHR2 and SWEHR3.
But for type P (PERSON) there are no sub-types and the text for the =
infotypes is also missing.
 
Does anybody trigger a workflow when a new employee is hired?
