Object link in attachments

Hi,
 
when a workflow is triggered the system always creates a link to the =
current workflow object in the attachment list on the right side of a =
workitem.
But there is no container step "_ADHOC_OBJECT   <--   WORKFLOW_OBJECT" =
in the workflow.
Why is the current workflow object always in _adhoc_object?
How can i delete this entry?
