How to subscribe to the Workflow user group

Assuming you mean the SAP-WUG mailing list (this forum), send email to
Listserv at mitvma.mit.edu, and in the body of the mail, type the command
 
SUBSCRIBE SAP-WUG your name
 
You will receive a confirming mail message with other important Listserv
information.
