Dump in SWO1, Se80, Se38 after Hotpackage SAPKB62035

Hi all,
 
I=B4m a little confused by now.
We=B4ve installed up to hotpackage SAPKB62035 for 4.7 last week.
Now I=B4ve tried to create a new subroutine today in a customer =
business
object and no matter with which editor I try, I receive a dump.
I=B4ve reported this to OSS, but maybe anyone came across this before.
 
transaction Se38 and SWO1 dump with message:
Runtime errors         STRING_OFFSET_TOO_LARGE      =20
Exception              CX_SY_RANGE_OUT_OF_BOUNDS    =20
 
transaction se80 dumps with=20
Runtime Errors         DATA_LENGTH_0             =20
Exception              CX_SY_RANGE_OUT_OF_BOUNDS =20
 
If anyone could help I=B4d be grateful.
