Notification not in SAP Inbox

Hi May,
 
Probably something you've already checked but has the user got automatic
forwarding switched on (SBWP Office Settings?)
 
If so, perhaps the e-mail is being forwarded to a dud address or you haven't
configured mail sending correctly.

There have been occurances wherein a user dooes not receive the notification
in their SAP inbox but the workflow log indicates that the mail was sent.
Can anybody help us in this area?
