How do you read an archived file- URGENT PLEASE

Report RSWWARCR is used to read the archive.
Transaction SARA on object workitem.
See the analyze button.
 The management button should show where the archives are... or at least should be.

Hi all
 
I've used sww_sara to create a text archive file.
But when I use transaction sww_archiv, I put in object: Workitem, object
key: <workitem id>,
but get the result message 'no file found'.
 
How do you read the archived files?
