Dynamic Table processing for Approval Step

I have an approve step that runs after a task which includes a dynamic
table processing in OTHER tab for a multiline element. I want to approve
all the elements seperately coming from the above step but as I see
there is no dynamic table processing option for the default Decision
Step of Workflow . Any ideas how do I achive this ?
