Upgrade to Enterprise

We are currently in the process of upgrading to Enterprise from 4.6C.  When I try and release a PO via ME28, I get the following syntax error:
 
Syntax error in program    SAPLEINB
in include                 LEINBU06
in line                      32
Last changed by            SAP
Author                     SAP
--------------------------------------------------------------------
No component exists with the name "BELNR", but there are the following
components with similar names: "EBELN", "VBELN" and "XBLNR".
 
I am also getting the same syntax error when I try to change a PO.
 
Has anyone seen this error?  If so, what did you do to fix it?  Is this error related to workflow?
