TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED

Hi,
This is most definitively a basis problem - looks like something to do
with app server memory/paging. Can you reporoduce it, if so does it do it
wneh you execute the method directly etc... try to isolate it.
But then again, your basis folks should pick up more details from the
system log before you go through all the debugging.
