Upgrading to CRM 4.0

Hi All -
 
We will be upgrading our CRM to 4.0. Currently, we are under 3.0 release
and have several custom workflows.
 
Just wondering about the differences between those two releases. Is there
any 'delta'  reading material available  in that regard?
Trying to find out where potential pitfalls might be, if any.
