We had the same problem.  The issue was from what "environment" the work =
item was executed (ESS or GUI).  If the manager executes from ESS, =
everything works just fine.  But . . . if the execution is from GUI then =
it matters how the manager exits the screen after approval.  If they =
don't hit the green arrow back, then the container value does not change =
from the default ("reject") to  "approved". =20

HR folks are trying to get the Leave Request WF up and running.=20
They are have some difficulties in getting to work correctly.=20
As far as I can see the WF itself is working as designed. Standard=20
SAP delivered WF / programs. I have touched nothing but made Task=20
Assignments to undefined tasks. i.e. Made them tasks with no agents=20
general tasks.=20
 
The user submits the Leave Request, the mgr approves, but it is sending=20
the Task back to the requestor as Rejected.=20
 
I am assuming they have data / config issues.=20
Any clues to point them in the right direction?
 
We are on 4.6c
