We are in 4.5B release
 
Through a secondary method, during the execution of a workitem, transaction
MR1B (Invoice Overview) is automatically called by "call transaction".
In transaction MR1B, user can therefore use the standard functionality
"linked object" in order to see the image associated to the document.
The problem is the visualization of the image: some times the visualization
works, other times the visualization does not work , without a particular
reason, in absolutely accidental way.
Moreover it seems that used alone (outside from the workitem), transaction
MR1B succeeds to visualize the image correctly.
We are not convinced that the problem is relative to the workitem
management, we think that there is a general problem of connection with the
documental system DOCMA.
For this we ask if someone has had the same problem and as it has resolved.
Whichever idea will be wellcome.
