SWHACTOR Structure

Hi Serge,
I'm happy there's somebody out there answering my
questions.
Definetly we can assign AG Role directly from agent
step definition bu I have requirement to get AG Role
in my method based on material type and plant then
pass it     
as my responsible agent. Then later every user that
has same role will receive same notification.
According to your e-mail what I did is not the correct
approach isn't it?
