Hi there Kiran,
You need to be in the "Display Task" mode before executing the Edit > Change
...
Just click on the work item# from the technical log to get into the Display
Task mode.

this option 'Delete Logically' there

I guess that you can logically delete the workflow instance: choose the very
first work item of the instance, and make sure it is in technical view. Then
click Edit >> Change >> Delete logically.

A workflow has been triggered as a resullt of an object event. it is later
found that this needs to be stopped. is there a tool/possibility for
Workflow Administraor to Terminate/stop a started workflow
