WS66700042 travel request template

You don't need anonymous logon data for the SWXTRAREQ service - this
logon data should be blank. It is in the WSHANDLER that this setting is
important.

When you test your call back handler (second tab) in WF_HANDCUST make
sure the test successful screen appears without any logon prompt.

Hi Mark, yes we have anonymous data on for the SWXTRAREQ service
in SICF. Even tried setting a dialog user and password and still the
same issue. We also tried creating an external alias for the WSHANDLER
service according to a note we found but that didn't solve it either.
Rather strange.

	Cheers

	Dave

Sounds like you haven't got anonymous log on data set up for
your workflow handler in SICF.

Thanks to Mark and Jocelyn for their help with this.
Both suggestions helped. Now when I try and do the callback I am getting
an 'HTTP 401 error: Unauthorized'.

I have debugged the BSP at point of failure and it is
not a normal SAP authorization failure. Has anyone else seen this type
of failure using the web services in wf ?

Cheers for any guidance and help on this.

		Hi David,

If you look in the 'pages with flow logic' section of
the BSP you'll see there is a page called something like 'approve.htm'.
Open this and go to the properties tab, scroll down and you will see the
URL you need to include for your webflow service in WF_EXTSRV.

		Cheers,

			Hello workflow web service gurus,

I am trying to get the travel request template
WS66700042 to work on an SAP Enterprise 4.70 web app server 6.20
release. This uses the BSP SWXTRAREQ for its web service definitions
from the single step tasks. I have configured WF_HANDCUST and WF_EXTSRV.
The workflow is triggered ok and the first step is an approve step based
on task TS66700007 (object WEBSERVICE method PROCESSDIALOG) which goes
to the managers inbox ok. I have configured WF_EXTSRV to point to the
BSP SWXTRAREQ.

My problem is that when the user selects the
approve step from their inbox it executes the request.htm page (request
new travel request) instead of the approve.htm page (approve travel
request), which makes sense I guess as that is the initial page of the
BSP. How do you get the approve.htm page to be executed ? Is there a
different BSP for approving ?.....I couldn't find one.

If anyone has used this template and can shed
some light on this I would be very grateful.

			Cheers

			Dave
