Triggering Event for WS21300038 - Comp Adjustment

If you are really using the infotype 759 for the compensation, than you
can't use the standard object BUS7022... This means that you can't use the
workflow WS21300038... you would need to create a completely new object with
a new workflow... We did not go that path we've let the users go into MSS to
work with the standard iviews. 

 

But if you are using infotype 380, you should be able to use the standard
stuff.

    Thanks for the input. I guess I start looking at triggering the event
from one of the comp adjustment user exits. Do you have any other
suggestions?

If you are using the new compensation stuff (ECM) that uses the infotype 759
then the workflow is not working (AT ALL) for this. The standard workflow
only works with the status in infotype 380...

Work flowers,

      My company is currently involved in converting from SAP 4.5 to SAP 4.7
Enterprise GUI 6.20. We are trying to take advantage of the new
functionality being delivered for SAP 4.7 for the Web approval HR Comp
Adjustment workflow. I have activated the WS21300038 workflow template and
the tester executes an update through the portal but the template is not
being executed. I have checked the event trace, the object is not triggered
but the data is updated in SAP. Has anyone been using this template and has
any body come across any problems with this workflow? Any help will be
appreciated?
