According to your error message, perhaps there's
missing element of release code in your binding.
 
Task Container <- Workflow Container
ReleaseCode <-     &RELEASECODE&
_WI_OBJECT_ID <- &REQUISITION&
 
Task Container -> Workflow Container
_WI_OBJECT_ID -> &REQUISITION&
