It's an authorization issue. It's that last percent....
 
One other thing to check (after Johannes' suggestion) is logon language.

Hi,
 
If all else fails, see what version of the GUI the user has, if not the
latest, load the latest. Old versions of GUI's sometimes causes strange
things to happen....

Hi All,
 
 
 
We have had a PR approval workflow working successfully in 4.7 for a few
months now. I have now come across an approver who does not see the
decision steps on his work item in his business workplace. The screen is
called Decision step in Workflow with no accept/reject button. The
status of the work item is In Process.
 
 
 
Any ideas? I have 99% ruled out that it's an authorization issue.
