Sander,
This has been done already. It seems to be something with the views in =
the Qualification system. In production the behaviour seems normal =
again. If you have other ideas go ahead and shhot them out...
Thanks for the help
Dimitri

Dimitri, Miguel,

Hi Dimitri,

I remember I had same problem on a past project with a 4.6c and =
translated workflows and decision tasks.
There are a couple of OSS notes regarding this, look for "decision task" =
and Workflow + translation.
There are 2 settings that might solve the problem:
One concerns the translation, check that in your target system you've =
checked "use user logon language" (or something like this) in the =
workflow or office settings (don't log with 2 sessions with different =
languages on same system).
The other one concerns the decision task; check that in your system you =
have disabled the HTML display for decisions tasks (If I remember well =
it is in the office or workflow settings as well)

Hope it will help.

Miguel.

Subject: Preview pane

Hello Workflowers
I have a question concerning the preview (4.6C) In our DEV system for a =
decision task the decision buttons appear in the preview pane as well as =
the description After transport into Quality they do not anymore, only =
the description appears. (Buffers have been rereshed etc..)

After doubleclick they appear in the new screen.
The change is not blocking at all but it is just bizarre that the =
behaviour changes and also user guides and so on have been done with =
screen shots of DEV.
Thus my question is:
- what setting controls this behaviour (making the decision buttons =
appear in the preview pane).

My other question is when in DEV the person has chosen the 'Cancel and =
keep in inbox' button the workitem received a reserved status. In PRE =
teh status is 'Ready' for the same action. Is there a setting that =
controls this too?
What is the problem?

Thanks a lot in advance

Dimitri Dupont
