Hi all, Has anybody modified this job to call a custom program for deadline monitoring replacing program RSWWDHEX? We want to skip escalation for workflow items that are in 'SELECTED' status. Are there any tricks or risks to doing this since it is a standard SAP job? Thanks, Jon
