How to deactivate option to cancel User Decision

All the cancel button means is - "I can't deal with it now, leave the =
work item in my inbox".=20
The users are going to need this.  You should not be hiding it.=20

might be a stupid question, anyway,
I give it a try.
I was asked whether it is possible to hide the cancelation-button in a =
user
decision.
I=B4ve definied two decisons, the system automatically generates the
cancel-button.
The Users in question don=B4t want that button.
 
How can I hide this button?
If so, can anyone please tell me where to look?
