Latest end parameter bug !

Hi all workflowers,
 
I discovered a bug in the latest end system of a workflow task :
 
If the user is executing a task (from the business workplace) during the end
of the time limit, nothing will happen ! The step is not completed but it is
staying in the business workplace without generating event. You can execute
the workitem one more time, but that change nothing !
 
Does someone know this bug and if yes, is there a solution ?
