G'day Elizabeth,

Do you have any similar Workflows which are working successfully?

Can you re-create the situation in a very simple test Workflow that either
sends 1 or 2 mails depending on a user decision. Try it with the same
tasks, try it with different tasks.

If it fails consistently then that is grounds for reporting to SAP. If it's
only this Workflow that is suffering, then it's time for further
investigation.

Have fun,
Mark

Subject: Long Text of SendTaskDescription

I have a workflow with two types of notification sent to a list of
users. 1. Change Notification with long text 'PR has been changed' and
2. Successful Notification with Long Text 'PO has been created for PR'
(Note the texts are shortened here in order to be brief)

My problem is : If a Change Notification is sent to users and at end of
WF a Successful Notification is sent the text received by users is that
of Change Notification sent earlier.

Whereas if no Change Notification is sent the Successful Notification
text is as expected.

It is as if something needs to be reset and it is not.

Does anybody have any ideas?

We are on version 3.1I.
