Files under /usr/sap/SID/SYS/global/WF* files

Hello,
 
In my prodocution environment, I see number of WF*log
files under global folder /sapmnt/SID/global. I am
guessing there should be a regular cleanup job needs
to be scheduled in the system. We have scheduled
regular SM36 standard jobs. Please advise how to clean
all these files which are coming since march 2003.
