The agent you assigned could be missing authorizations....the agent does=
not have enough authorization to execute the 'send notification' step=0D

Hi,

To be able to use 'advanced dialog' in the next workitem, I have tried=
making the mail step dialog as suggested below, but with no success.

Has anyone done this, if yes what are the steps ?

Release 4.6C

Or you could :
* Pass the previous user along via a container element, and use the "insert=
expression" option to show the user detail in the mail
* Make your mail step a dialog step with advance with dialog on so its=
executed by the same user who executed the prior step

If you really need the user names and would not mind coding a method,=
instead of SAP provided mail wizard in the workflow, then you can utilize=
the function module 'SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1' which can take a SAP userid as=
the input. The outlook email will have the real email address of the SAP=
user. We use this heavily since the client would not want to see the mails=
coming from batch user in the case of approval process.
