FORWARD WORK ITEM USING SWI5

Hi Sosthene,
Use SWIA to do an administrative forward.
There is a trick from SWI5 though: if you use the technical workitem
display, you can choose Edit->Change. This reserves it under your ID. Bac=
k
out of the change screen and you'll be abe to execute it.
