Hi Vincze,
 
maybe in your 'faulty' cases the Document is not writen completly to =
the
database when the object is needed by the workitem; so it may failed.
 
Do you have an entry in the workflow-protocol ?

Hello Workflowers,
 
We have built an event driven workflow, based on DMS change document
(DOKUMENT).
 Some defined changes of  DMS status start and terminate the workflow =
and
work item.
 
The workflow seems to be working, but rare case the event driven =
workflow
start is faulty (less then 1%).=20
 
  At the faulty case CDHDR, CDPOS is created the workflow is also =
started
but without any work item.=20
 
Our suspicious is the event is lost anywhere ...
Do you think the usage of event queue solve this problem? (we did not =
use
it..)
