DMS event driven workflows

Hello Workflowers,
 
We have built an event driven workflow, based on DMS change document (DOK=
UMENT).
 Some defined changes of  DMS status start and terminate the workflow and=
 work item.
 
The workflow seems to be working, but rare case the event driven workflow=
 start is faulty (less then 1%).=20
 
  At the faulty case CDHDR, CDPOS is created the workflow is also started=
 but without any work item.=20
 
Our suspicious is the event is lost anywhere ...
Do you think the usage of event queue solve this problem? (we did not use=
 it..)
