John,

This is always a tricky one when you don't work with it frequently.

Once your organization structure is set up, go to transaction PFOM. Enter
your org unit and object type, DRAW in your case. Next, select the object
that you want to assignment the laboratory value and use the Assign button
to enter it.

I think you can also use PP01 to do the assignment. You'll also be able to
view the entire list from PP01.

I have screen prints of this process using both transactions but didn't put
any notes in the document. I can always send it to you if your interested.

Subject: Agent Assignment to Org Object Type

Hi Workflowers

I am looking at Object DRAW (Document) which has a Lab/Office entry based
on object T024l. I have a task that will run (based on a document status)
that I want to change so that dependant on the Lab/office setting,
different Agents receive notification.
My Question is, how do I use the Agent - Org Assignment aspect of T024L,
where do I maintain the agent assignments?

Regards

John
