Portal: SAP office mail and UWL

Hi.
 
We are on 4.7 with EP6.0. To allow the use of object-links in workflows
accessed through the portal, we have implemented the universal worklist (UWL).
At the same time we want the users to be able to access there normal SAP
office mail inbox (not workflow). The question is: Does anybody know of an
iview or a service which will display only the SAP office mails and not
workflow? If we use f.ex BWSP and UWL, the users will be confused and it will
be random through which inbox they execute their workitems.
 
One more question. Has anybody used UWL with the attachment functionality
working properly? We cannot attach an office (Word etc) document to a
workitem. We are in dialog with OSS on this matter.
