Hello John,
I've had the problem at two sites recently.
The reason for why the preview screen only displays a white page (and also =

the condition definition, if you look into the wf-builder in a condition=20
step) seemed to occur after a windows patch had been installled by the IT=20
department. (This happened at the beginning of sept at both sites.)

I don't know which windows patch no. it was, but we solved the problem by=20
reinstalling the SAPGui (6.20) again - there were some files missing on=20
the PC, probably erased by the windows patch.

Best regards
Viveka=20

John and Claus,

Were either of you getting error messages in the workflow log? What
trying to find out is, are messages generated in the log when the GUI is
a problem?

Someone from a previous client e-mailed me about a similar where they
would get only the 'cancel' button in R/3 and a blank screen in Outlook.
As per my instructions, they deleted the task from the template and
created a new decision task and added that back to the template which
solved the problem.

Hi John.

We had the same problem. Solution was to apply a new patch to the gui.

Best regards,

Claus.

Hi

Could anyone help with the following. A workflow that was working ok,
now
when a decision task is received, from within the Business Workplace the
lower right hand side of the screen that showed a preview and text of
the
decision task, just shows a blank screen. When the workitem is executed
a
blank screen opens, displaying nothing.

Kind Regards

John
