Information needed on sapnote 657289

as far as I understand sap note 657289,
I ought to install Patch level 37 to avoid the error message Illegal
shortlink in input stream
 
Well, anyone here knowing when Patch level 37 for Sap Gui 620 will be
availabel.
Until than I=B4m unabel to avoid the error message about Illegal =
shorlink.
 
The note says there is an error in my programm, but I=B4d need a little =
more
information where to look for it.
