Decisions blank

Hi
I have just encountered the problem mentioned earlier today regarding the
bottom half of the workflow screen being blank and receiving a blank screen
when executing a decision task.
Unfortunately I deleted the reply regarding the upgrade of the GUI. Can
somebody explain this again please.
