Addition Gif and text in Decision task

Hi all
 
I have seen some of the demo's whereby additional text and graphic can be
included at the very top of the display when executing a decision task. I
see which FM to use, on the display tab of the task, but how/where do I
include the new text and graphic that i want the FM to pick up.
