OOCU in PROD

All,
 
   Is anyone able to Activate/Deactivate Linkages in Production using Tranx: OOCU? Or are you using another tranx? Last resort I created a Tranx that executes the 2 FMs to change the Linkages, but I'd rather see if SAP has OOCU fixed in 4.7.
