Sap MAPI and dialog task

Hi all.
 
We are in 4.6C and use SAP MAPI for executing our workitems.
 
We have a decisional task follow from a dialog task that executes a custom
transaction by "call transaction".
 
In SapOffice everything works very well... namely the user can make his
choice in the decisional task and after that he is moved into the custom
transaction without interruptions.
 
In  MAPI,  the second dialog task (the custom transaction) doesn't
correctly run , it is often blocked and however the dialog with both task
is interrupted.
 
 
Any help is much appreciated.
