Generating web transaction

Hi, I'm having a problem generating a web transaction from a workflow =
task
in 4.7.  It generated fine in 4.6b but in 4.7 it is delivering a 'no
namespace found for programs' error.  A check of table TRESN shows
everything to be in order as does the transaction 'SWUT'.  Is there a =
known
problem with this transaction in 4.7(Enterprise)?
