Tomasz,

In my opinion authorization requirements fo UWL are more sophisticated
;-). I have a workflow user on our QAS system (WFSESH) and he has all
necessary, from workflow point of view, RFC authorization in R/3 but in
portal his UWL is empty and the following error message is displayed:
SAP_R3 User WFSESH has no RFC authorization for function group SYST.

Regards,
Marek

Marek,

for some obscure reasons this is indeed needed in EP. I believe this is
just some "pass-through" to allow execution of work items -- but for
more precise reasons you'd have to check EP..

Best regards,
Tomasz

Betreff: RFC autorizathion for Universal Worklist in EP

Hi all,

I am currently working on Universal Worklist in EP 6.0 and I faced some
problems with RFC autorization. In documentation I found only one
sentence that it is necessary to give each user access to function group
SWK1 and transaction SWK1. I would be grateful for any help and more
detailed information.

Regards,

Marek
