SAP MAPI, Workflow and Outlook 2002

Hi All,
    I am trying to get Outlook to work with my SAP Inbox so I can
process Workflow items via Outlook instead of having to go into R/3. I
have installed the SAP Office Intgartion piece of SAP GUI and more
specifically I installed SAP MAPI to get Outlook and R/3 hooked together
but I am running into issues connecting the two together. When I start
Outlook I am prompted to select an SAP system as I should be. Once I
select the system however I get an Outlook internal error with some of
the SAP MAPI dll's I installed. When I contacted SAP with this they gave
me the following notes to reference which basically say their is a
probelm with SAP MAPI and Outlook 2002 and o ETA on a fix from either
them or Microsoft.

Has anyone run into this issue and if so have you found a way around it?
