report rswdprwf to print the wf definition

Hi,
 
I found the program RSWDPRWF to supposedly print the workflow definition.
That report is available in a r/3 46C environment is available. My questions
are
 
1. How do we run it... from the test button, I can specify the WF number.
Can we start it from SWDD ?
 
2. Is it available in a IS-U (471) and CRM (4.0) environments ? If so, what
is the name of the report (RSWDPRWF  is not in the IS-U program) ? How do we
start it ?
