Workitem error - workflow administrator is not notified

Hi Carolyn,
What version? I've seen these missing on a 4.6c system, fixed somewhere between support packs 34 and 44. There should probably be an OSS note if you're not planning a hotpack upgrade in the near furute, otherwise you can always use SWID on a regular basis to check for errors.
