Hi Richard,

How are you? I am well. I assume you still have=20

=20

I have setup a site which is a full archive of all the WUG postings. Its =
URL
is www.wugarchive.com <http://www.wugarchive.com/> . Thought you might =
be
interested. You are welcome to share the site with your colleagues and =
other
WUG members but I would appreciate it if you didn't mention that I told =
you
about the site. If anyone asks, just say you 'discovered' it via a =
search
engine.=20

=20

Is that OK?

Regards,

David,

=20

You can use one of the items under the insert menu to get the URL into

the text. Doing this through the menu worked fine when viewing the work

item in SAP. I never did get it to work correctly sending it outside of

SAP.

=20

I can't tell you exactly which menu item it is because I'm out of the

office at the moment and don't have access to an SAP system until

tomorrow afternoon.

Hi All,

I want to insert a URL is a work item description so that when a user

looks

at the work ityem in their inbox, they can click on the hyperlink in the

WI

text and it open a browser and go to the site.

I have looked in the text editor and typing in a simple URL does not

create

a hyperlink in the work item text.

Any help would be appreciated.

Many Thanks

David
