Workflow in Enterprise

[Richard Williams (FCF)]

We are in the process of testing our 4.7 Upgrade.  My PR approval workflow
is fine in our development client however in our test client the title does
not display the PR number and who created it (via business object).  This is
so weird as nothing has changed, it is frustrating the heck out of me, does
anyone have any clues to where I should be looking??
