Starts a WF with a new CREATED event

Hi,
 
The tools you used (SWU0, SWUE, SWUS) are triggering the workflow (because they are used to raise the event or
trigger the workflow directly). You have to raise the event first from the application (see SAP Library in the
workflow folders under 'Event creation' for different options).
